The Group Title is awesome to work with, making every effort to ensure the transaction moves ahead smoothly.  They are always there to answer questions that come up from Buyer’s, Sellers and Brokers during the entire transaction.  It is refreshing to get closing figures in a timely manner for review.  During the actual Closing, Sonya takes the time to make sure everything is clear to both the Buyer and the Seller.  I feel like my transaction is in the best hands when it is turned over to The Group Title.
